New Hampshire marriage licenses cost $45.00 and may be obtained at any N.H. Town Clerks office - for a list of New Hampshire Towns click here. When you pay for your NH marriage license you will be given a worksheet which is to be filled out by the groom and bride-to-be. The licenses is valid for 90 days - once married you may request a certified copy of the marriage license for a fee of $12.00. If you have been married before additional paperwork will be necessary for you to obtain a marriage license.
