Bellini's Gelato and Sorbetto

 Scream Scream for ice cream, we all scream for Ice Cream.... now as the spring and summer month approach we start thinking about Ice Cream.... Well if you are in North Conway this summer you need to think of Gelato and Sorbetto from Bellini's.
Chef Vito went out and purchased directly from Italy a Gelato machine with the entire flavoring. Save 1/3 of the fat & Calories, and savor 110% of the flavor with his new creations. Flavors include the Maple Walnut, Vanilla, Coffee, Mint Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Chip, Chocolate and Strawberry for standard flavor, but let me tell you a secret (and I tried them all), these are not your everyday as you know them flavor. These are enhanced to the max. Fresh fruits, blends and you will treasure every mouthful. THEN when you are done with the basics, try, Hazel Biscotti, Butter Pecan, Shocking Chocolate, Pistachio, Spamoni, Coconut, Rum Banana, and my favorite Dark Cherry with Chocolate flakes on top...
This wonderful frozen treat is so incredibly thick and creamy I was positive something this good could not be better for me than your basic Ice Cream, but it is healthier. Bellini's offers Sorbetto in raspberry, pear, lemon, and chocolate. These are palette please as well.
Gelato Sundaes are also available. Bellini's (one of my favorite down home Italian Restaurants) is located on Rte. 16 just east of North Conway Village.
