The Verizon Wireless Arena is the largest construction project of the city of Manches
ter, ever. The first event center of its kind in New Hampshire, the Verion Arena is home to the Manchester Monarchs, AHL affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings.
The Verizon Wireless Arena is located in the heart of downtown Manchester. The arena opened on November 15, 2001. This state-of-the-art recreation facility seats 9,916 for hockey games and 11,000 for concerts. There are 34 suite boxes, 542 club seats, a private club lounge and a four-sided video scoreboard.
Concerts and special performances are presented at the arena thoroughout the year.
